Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Leader

SHAN FREIGHTWAY INC is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish financial and administrative controls
  • Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR leadership or management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
