Job Title: Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Leader to join our team at SHAN FREIGHTWAY INC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic human resources and organizational development initiatives that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic human resources and organizational development plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to senior staff and middle managers to ensure effective leadership and management practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational development needs and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources and organizational development.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in human resources and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and programs.
  • Experience with MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
