Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Leader to join our team at SHAN FREIGHTWAY INC. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in human resources and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in human resources and organizational development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
