We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Leader to join our team at Hunter Express Ltd.
Job Summary:The Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources and organizational development strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement human resources and organizational development strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- 5 years or more of experience in human resources and organizational development.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal awareness and team player skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Ability to establish financial and administrative controls.
The Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Leader will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
Language:The language of work is English.Hours of Work:
The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
