Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Steel Fabricator to join our team at J.P. Metal Masters 2000 Inc. As a Steel Fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting metal plates and sections to form structures, setting up and operating heavy-duty metal-working machines, and constructing patterns and templates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lay out reference points and patterns to ensure accurate fabrication
  • Assemble and fit metal plates and sections to form structures, ensuring precision and quality
  • Set up and operate heavy-duty metal-working machines, such as shears and presses
  • Construct patterns and templates to guide fabrication processes
  • Install fabricated components in final products, ensuring smooth integration
  • Rig, hoist, and move materials to storage areas or within the worksite, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
  • Hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
