Le marchandiseur temporaire est un membre clé de l'équipe de marchandisage sur le terrain, travaillant sous la supervision du gérant de territoire. La responsabilité principale consiste à maintenir les rayons Hallmark Canada dans les pharmacies, épiceries ou magasins à grande surface. Cela implique de passer des commandes, de recevoir la marchandise et d'installer les produits dans les présentoirs en fonction du plan de marchandisage et de l'horaire principal.
Responsabilités et tâches :
- Apporter du soutien au service d'entretien, à la gestion d'inventaire et aux activités liées au marchandisage dans un ou plusieurs magasins au détail assignés. Cela comprend le travail lié aux produits toutes occasions et saisonniers, ainsi que les remplacements des produits.
- Maintenir les visites d'entretien planifiées chaque semaine et respecter les budgets prévus tout en demeurant flexible d'une semaine à l'autre, en fonction des demandes des magasins au détail. Être disponible la semaine avant et après chaque fête saisonnière importante est essentiel.
- Suivre les instructions du plan de marchandisage, les normes de productivité et l'horaire fourni. Accorder une attention particulière aux détails pour suivre les instructions. Suivre les procédures de façon à être efficace et productif, et transmettre ses commentaires au gérant de territoire. Faire preuve d'une certaine souplesse pour résoudre les problèmes imprévus qui pourraient se présenter en magasin et affecter le plan initial.
- Fournir de l'aide supplémentaire pour pourvoir aux postes vacants, lors des périodes de congés, et lors des périodes saisonnières où la demande est élevée.
- Fournir de l'aide supplémentaire lors des révisions des rayons, lorsque les produits doivent être déplacés, lors des déménagements et des installations dans de nouveaux magasins.
Compétences en communication :
- Communiquer régulièrement, de façon planifiée ou non, avec le gérant de territoire afin de se tenir au courant des programmes et des activités en magasin à venir.
- Collaborer avec le gestionnaire du compte, en tant que représentant de Hallmark, à propos des visites d'entretien planifiées et créer et maintenir des liens professionnels avec les gestionnaires du compte.
- Communiquer clairement avec le gérant de territoire, et s'assurer que le service et le marchandisage des produits respectent ou vont au-delà des normes des magasins au détail.
Compétences et expérience requises :
- Posséder un diplôme d'études secondaires.
- Posséder une expérience dans le commerce au détail est un atout.
- Être capable de soulever jusqu'à 50 livres régulièrement.
- Avoir une bonne connaissance des téléphones intelligents et être capable de gérer un compte de courrier électronique.
Conditions préalables :
- Êtes-vous âgé d'au moins 18 ans?
- Ce poste nécessite que vous ayez un transport fiable pour voyager vers et entre les magasins assignés selon le calendrier. Êtes-vous en mesure de répondre à cette exigence?
- Ce poste exige que vous puissiez soulever et porter 30 livres constamment et jusqu'à 50 livres occasionnellement. Vous devrez également vous pencher, vous accroupir, marcher et rester debout tout au long de votre journée de travail. Êtes-vous capable de répondre aux exigences physiques de ce travail avec ou sans accommodation raisonnable?
