Position Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct training sessions for our network of service providers and fleet personnel who offer towing, battery, and light service assistance to our Members.
  • Design, research, and implement innovative training programs that captivate and engage participants.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to refine and improve training initiatives.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our call handling and dispatch processes to effectively train new and existing team members.
  • Keep accurate records of all training sessions conducted.
  • Stay informed about trends in the automotive sector and advancements in training and development to enhance our educational offerings.
  • Oversee the maintenance of our training vehicles, conducting inspections as necessary.
  • Partner with Fleet leadership to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of all training courses and support initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma, ideally in Adult Education or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in learning and development or adult education, including practical training experience.
  • Experience in the automotive or towing industry, or a strong interest in automotive knowledge is advantageous.
  • Capability to conduct training in diverse environments, including corporate offices, outdoor settings, and contractor facilities.
  • Possession of a valid G driver's license.
