Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

SUNLE NAIL BAR AND SPA is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nail care team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for our nail technicians to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing personalized attention and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Emergency Situations: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, handling issues promptly and professionally.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
