Nail Salon Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Orchid Nail & Spa. This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek, requiring no degree, certificate, or diploma, and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Events and Programs: Plan and organize events, programs, and activities to engage our customers and staff.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.
- Resolve Work Problems and Provide Advice: Troubleshoot work-related issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements to increase productivity and product quality.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead, manage, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Train Staff: Educate and train our staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain high standards.
- Working with a diverse team of up to 4 people.
- Awareness training for employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities.
