Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Orchid Nail & Spa is seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized salon.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet customer needs.
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • 3-4 people supervised.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and develop staff.
