Painting Contractor

We are seeking a skilled Painting Contractor to join our team at Interior Nation Inc. as a key member of our interior finishing department.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate painting projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of painters, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet project requirements.
- Material Management: Requisition and manage painting materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient project execution.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing regular project updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure projects meet our high standards, making adjustments as needed to maintain exceptional results.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting or a related field.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift and move heavy materials, and work at heights.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Overtime: Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
- Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
The primary language of work is English.
