Job ResponsibilitiesAt Fairmont Chateau Whistler, our Shuttle Bus Drivers play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a smooth and enjoyable journey to Whistler Village. This position is vital to our winter operations and is part of our Guest Services team.
Compensation:
$26.05 per hour
We value experience through our pay structure - hourly wages increase after six months and continue to rise annually up to three years.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver consistently professional, engaging, and friendly service Safely transport hotel guests to and from the village Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of the hotel shuttle bus Assist the Door Attendants at the Front Door during downtime Perform additional duties as assigned QualificationsPrevious experience in shuttle driving is preferred A valid Class 4 driver's license is REQUIRED (A Class 4 Unrestricted license permits drivers to operate commercial vehicles, including buses with a maximum capacity of 25 passengers) A clean driving history is essential Proficiency in driving standard transmission vehicles is necessary Familiarity with the Whistler area and the Chateau Whistler Resort is advantageous
