As a pivotal member of our management team, you will embody our company values and inspire your culinary and service staff. The General Manager is responsible for all facets of the restaurant's operations, fostering a vibrant and secure work environment while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the restaurant effectively. Collaborate with the regional director to influence the restaurant's financial performance. Provide mentorship and guidance to both full-time and part-time employees. Conduct interviews and recruit individuals who align with our restaurant's vision. Oversee the scheduling of employees on a weekly basis. Interact with guests in a professional and engaging manner. Communicate priorities and responsibilities to the team before each shift. Demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities rooted in our core values of People, Empowerment, Results, and Coaching. Act as a problem solver and supportive team member by managing multiple tasks and addressing challenges as they arise.Qualifications
Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector is preferred. Certification in Standard First Aid and Food Handling is an asset. Smart Serve Certification is required. Ability to maintain physical activity throughout the shift.
