Job Title: Sales Force Analytics Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical sales professional to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. As a Sales Force Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving sales performance through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain sales analytics models and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales teams
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations to improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior leadership
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in sales analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making
