Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Field Force Effectiveness

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Field Force Effectiveness team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business analysis and competitive intelligence solutions to support our sales force.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement business analysis and competitive intelligence solutions to support our sales force.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely key metric deliverables to head office and the field.
  • Provide advanced analytical support to the sales and other field departments.
  • Support the technical implementation of the sales force incentive plan, including incentive plan design and quota setting.
  • Participate in the strategic design and facilitation of territory alignments and customer segmentation/targeting.
  • Design and implement automated reporting solutions that summarize and deliver accurate and timely key metrics to head office and the field.
  • Provide training to Field Force employees on report understanding, analysis, and usage.
  • Support the Sales Organization through the resolution of data questions and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, with a steady career progression and increasing roles of responsibility.
  • Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical experience in primary market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, or market access.
  • Experience working with IQVIA data is a must.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Power BI, VBA, Access, and understanding of relational databases.
