Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Autovilla Car Sales Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members to improve sales skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
