Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst - Field Force Effectiveness will be responsible for designing and providing business analysis and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision making. This role will ensure accurate and timely key metric deliverables to head office and the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Summarize insights and recommendations to support key strategic decisions
  • Provide advanced analytical support to the sales and other field departments
  • Support the technical implementation of the sales force incentive plan
  • Participate in the strategic design and execution of territory alignments and customer segmentation/targeting
  • Design and implement automated reporting solutions
  • Provide training to Field Force employees on report understanding, analysis, and usage
  • Support the Field Force Effectiveness team with the interpretation of sales results and market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Power BI, VBA, Access, and relational databases
  • Strong logical reasoning skills and attention to detail
  • Effective project management skills and ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external partners
