Digital Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Sales Lead to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. As a Digital Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving business performance through analytics-based strategy recommendations and key strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Work cross-functionally with commercial, sales, business intelligence, and digital teams to drive business performance.
- Develop and implement analytics-based strategy recommendations to drive sales growth.
- Conduct deep dive sales force analytics to advise on both precise and broad strategic direction.
- Responsible for strategy, communication, and implementation of multichannel customer engagement planning activities.
- Responsible for customer segmentation & targeting projects for priority brands.
- Accountable for integration of strategic metrics into key sales platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to synthesize business questions and deliver solutions to drive improvement in performance.
- Excellent influencing and engagement, and strong ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of sales force effectiveness tools and experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
