We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager who embodies creativity and leadership. This role requires a passion for guiding our fashion into the future while honoring the heritage of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitable sales and achieve financial objectives by making informed business decisions and leading the store team to meet essential performance metrics.
  • Oversee operational expectations, including store procedures, payroll management, cash handling, and inventory control, while contributing to expense management.
  • Lead the recruitment process and make hiring, compensation, and termination decisions for all store personnel.
  • Manage payroll plans by adjusting store schedules and monitoring labor costs in response to sales trends.
  • Ensure effective inventory management through precise receiving and sending of merchandise, adhering to business directives.
  • Mitigate loss by educating staff, monitoring store activities, and collaborating with Loss Prevention.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards, ensuring compelling product presentation that resonates with customers.
  • Facilitate training for new hires on company culture, product knowledge, and sales practices, holding team members accountable for their performance.
  • Mentor staff to enhance their skills and create pathways for career advancement.
  • Address employee relations matters, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational excellence.
  • Maintain optimal product levels on the sales floor through effective replenishment strategies.
  • Craft an engaging store experience for customers by modeling exemplary customer service behaviors.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5+ years in retail may substitute for a degree).
  • A minimum of 3 years in a retail management role, with experience in coaching sales associates.
  • Knowledge and experience in the apparel industry.
  • A positive, energetic demeanor with a genuine passion for Levi Strauss & Co.
