About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leader to join our team at The Athlete's Foot Newmarket store. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a passionate team and driving high-performing initiatives to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Manage stock control, visual merchandising, and inventory levels to ensure optimal store presentation and customer experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups, health professionals, and sporting clubs to drive brand growth and community engagement
- Participate in local community activations, sporting events, and product launch events to promote the brand and drive sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC in a retail environment
- Motivated and driven attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring a team
- Proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets
- Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
