Your Responsibilities:
- Directly manage complex liability claims from inception to settlement.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and conduct thorough coverage analysis promptly.
- Conduct comprehensive investigations into claims and effectively communicate with all involved parties.
- Collaborate in selecting appropriate resources for accurate claim evaluation.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation throughout the claims process.
- Utilize established evaluation tools and adhere to service guidelines.
- Proactively review claims for quality assurance and identify trends within the claims portfolio.
Your Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in claims processing.
- Proven negotiation skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- In-depth understanding of insurance products, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to evolving industry practices and regulations.
