Setting

Your work will take place in a dynamic environment, including hotels, motels, and resorts, where on-site customer service is paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities across various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish effective work schedules and procedures.
  • Perform duties alongside supervised staff to maintain operational standards.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports.
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Assist clients and guests with special requirements.
  • Oversee, assign, and review tasks among team members.
  • Recruit and train staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
