Job Description:

As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay. You will lead and motivate a team of customer service agents, overseeing all aspects of the guest experience from arrival to departure.

  • Guest Service Excellence: Supervise and guide customer service agents, fostering a culture of exceptional guest care.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain accurate guest information in our reservation system (OPERA Cloud) and ensure rates are appropriately set.
  • Problem Solving & Communication: Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, resolving any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Team Leadership: Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of reception staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Administrative Support: Collaborate with the Reception Manager on administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Safety & Security: Coordinate health and safety procedures for guests and employees, ensuring a secure environment.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and French is essential.
  • Proficiency in OPERA Cloud software or similar systems.
  • Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
