Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

Gestion Locative Suite Spot Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and manage a team of cleaners and maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain facilities, such as painting, repairs, and equipment replacement.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaners as needed to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless work activities and effective communication.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
