Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at G Square Builders Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing inventory, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of warehouse operations.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
  • May be required to work overtime during peak periods.

  • Criminal record check required.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
