Position Overview
Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Senior Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of all marketing initiatives for Centurion Asset Management Inc. and its affiliates on a national scale.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Centurion's Vision, Mission, and Values.
Residential Marketing: Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for multi-family and student housing operations, ensuring brand consistency across all properties. Collaborate with various departments to provide necessary marketing resources.
Investment Marketing: Collaborate with the Investment Sales Department to create and implement marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility among institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.
Operational Excellence: Develop and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Team Leadership: Guide the Marketing Team, ensuring effective project management and adherence to deadlines while fostering a collaborative environment.
Brand Management: Oversee brand and social media strategies, ensuring a positive public perception and engagement across various platforms.
Compliance and Industry Awareness: Work closely with compliance officers to ensure all marketing practices adhere to regulatory standards while maintaining a competitive edge through market research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing within the real estate sector.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies for a national portfolio.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management and capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
