About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Wild Rose. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to our customers.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our sales team, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.
  • Language: English.
