Job Title: Account Executive - Sales Leadership Program

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales Leadership Program. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating your own book of business from day one, executing impactful account growth strategies, and nurturing key relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotational training in various departments, including Estimating, Procurement, Logistics, and Prospecting
  • Own your entire book of business from the start of its sales cycle
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Process quotes and orders, exceeding customer expectations in quality and service
  • Proactively communicate with customers, addressing concerns pre, mid, or post order
  • Participate in quarterly travel to the USA for in-person client meetings and tradeshows

Requirements:

  • 2 years of professional work experience
  • Bachelor's or college degree in a related field (a plus)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish/French (a plus)
  • Co-op / Internships / ICC / extra curriculars (a plus)
  • Experience working in horticulture (a plus)
