About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Management Analyst to join our team at BFL Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of IT risks and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive IT risk management strategies and frameworks aligned with industry best practices and standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and monitoring to identify and mitigate potential IT risks and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of effective IT governance controls and processes.
  • Develop and maintain IT risk management metrics and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on IT risk management and governance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging IT risks and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of progressive responsibility in IT risk management, cybersecurity, and governance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing IT risk management frameworks and strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of IT risk management frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
