We are seeking a Senior Analyst in IT Risk Management and Governance to enhance our operations.
In this role, you will ensure the efficient and comprehensive execution of our established IT risk management governance framework, aligned with industry best practices. Your focus will be on addressing cybersecurity and IT governance risks while providing a robust framework for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and managing these risks, including third-party IT risks and user awareness training.

Responsibilities of the Senior Analyst in IT Risk Management and Governance
Facilitate the implementation of the approved IT Risk Management program: Operationalize the cybersecurity governance framework, ensuring alignment with industry-leading practices. Develop governance requirements, controls, and processes tailored to our operational environment. Serve as the primary custodian and subject matter expert for governance tools and documentation. Support the Third-Party IT Risk Management Framework, maintaining visibility and reporting on the cybersecurity posture of third parties. Conduct assessments of cybersecurity and IT risks, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. Maintain our IT Risk Register and monitor risk posture indicators, alerting stakeholders to emerging trends. Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to review external contracts for potential IT risks. Lead cybersecurity due diligence assessments for third parties, ensuring compliance with our governance policies. Oversee the operationalization of our IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Program. Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of training initiatives based on audience needs and industry trends. Develop and maintain all IT risk assessments and monitoring activities in accordance with legal requirements. Contribute to the development of the Cybersecurity Roadmap and governance framework metrics. Monitor and report on the performance of the Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Program.Ideal Candidate Profile
3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT risk management roles. Proven expertise in developing and monitoring cybersecurity initiatives and third-party risk assessments. Strong background in conducting risk assessments and advising on mitigation strategies. Experience with governance processes and risk management artifacts. Familiarity with information security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST. Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Risk Management. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.About Us
