Job Title: Administrative Assistant

At Xpera, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our branch staff and producers, ensuring the delivery of quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and prepare new claims assignments for internal adjusters, adhering to predetermined KPIs and client guidelines.
  • Provide a positive and customer-focused approach, ensuring all inquiries are effectively addressed in a timely manner.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, claimants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the branch manager and administrative supervisor to provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Grade twelve diploma
  • Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration (preferred)
  • Insurance industry experience (asset); preference given to those with claims or adjusting experience
  • Level 1 Insurance License or completion of CIP Program (preferred)
  • Previous experience in an administrative support environment (preferred)
