Job Title: Administrative Assistant

At Xpera, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Claims team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Claims team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the preparation of new claims assignments and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, claimants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient resolution of claims.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including typing, computer work, and MS Office file coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
  • Grade twelve diploma
  • Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or related field
  • Insurance industry experience an asset
  • Intermediate experience with Word and Excel required
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
