Job Summary:

GENREP LTD./LTÉE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling and supervising the activities of our Service Technicians, ensuring maximum revenue and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule Service Technicians' activities to maximize revenue and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards in all interactions.
  • Monitor Service Technicians' performance and report revenue and efficiency levels to the Service Manager.
  • Prepare and deliver remedial estimates and quotations to customers.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to determine their willingness to proceed with recommended work.
  • Maintain physical and digital records, including service files, customer files, and databases.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Group to provide service contract quotations and follow up with customers.
  • Assist with updating service contracts and entering invoices and work orders into the system.
  • Perform AP/AR and alpha-numeric filing duties as required.
  • Ensure all duties are performed in a safe manner, adhering to Genrep Health & Safety policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in a similar administrative capacity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a creative ability and solid business acumen.
  • Computer proficiency with a thorough knowledge of MS Office and social media tools.
  • Team player with superior time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and practice solid decision-making.
