About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at Loomis Express. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities of our dispatchers, ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of work, including planning and coordinating operational logistics.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.

  • Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail.
