Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at SMC Hardware Canada Inc. as a Sales Supervisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, including authorizing returns and resolving supply shortages.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales associates.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience in retail sales or a related field is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Environment: Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment and relocate if necessary.
