Position Overview:
The Enrollment Services Coordinator is integral to the daily functions of the Office of the Registrar, providing support and guidance to a diverse clientele, including current and prospective students, external partners, and college personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the registration process for new and returning students across various categories, including Postsecondary, Apprenticeship, Community Partnerships, and Continuing Education.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of registration records and student information within the Student Information System (SIS), adhering to established guidelines and institutional policies.
- Oversee specific portfolios on a rotational basis, serving as the subject matter expert and primary contact for inquiries from students, staff, and external parties.
- Address complex inquiries and sensitive matters, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of systems and policies to provide effective solutions and guidance.
- Respond to a high volume of inquiries from a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring accurate and courteous communication regarding various issues.
- Provide advice on admissions and registration policies for all programs offered by the College.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- A diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of recent experience in processing complex information and providing guidance in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Knowledge of registrar's office operations, college policies, and Ministry regulations related to registration and enrollment reporting.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, database management, and spreadsheet applications for generating reports and correspondence.

- Strong attention to detail, with solid analytical and research skills.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills at a professional level.
