We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Admissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Admissions in staffing, training, and managing the campus Admissions Team.
  • Facilitate the selection and enrollment of qualified student applicants for school admission.
  • Recruit, train, and develop highly talented admissions professionals.
  • Develop referrals and personal leads.
  • Assist in the management of lead distribution to the Admissions Team.
  • Monitor the daily/weekly activities of the Admissions Team to ensure admissions objectives are met.
  • Conduct second interviews of prospective student enrollments.
  • Motivate the Admissions Team to meet its admissions objectives while adhering to the highest ethical standards and compliance requirements.
  • Help manage compliance with the student enrollment process, including inquiries, phone screens, and interviews.
  • Meet or exceed enrollment objectives as established by the Director of Admissions.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
  • 1 year prior post-secondary education experience required.
  • Thorough understanding of the education admissions process.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to coach and manage a team.
