Job Summary
UEI College is a leader in post-secondary career education. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Admissions. This role will be responsible for supporting the Director of Admissions in staffing, training, and managing the campus Admissions Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop highly talented admissions professionals.
- Develop referrals and personal leads to support enrollment objectives.
- Assist in managing lead distribution to the Admissions Team.
- Monitor daily/weekly activities of the Admissions Team to ensure admissions objectives are met.
- Conduct second interviews of prospective student enrollments.
- Motivate the Admissions Team to meet its admissions objectives while adhering to the highest ethical standards and compliance requirements.
- Help manage compliance with student enrollment process, including inquiries, phone screens, and interviews.
- Meet or exceed enrollment objectives as established by the Director of Admissions.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
- 1 year prior post-secondary education experience required.
- Thorough understanding of the education admissions process.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to coach and manage a team.
