Position: Project Manager

Overview

The Project Manager is accountable for the successful execution and management of projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and scope while identifying business opportunities and challenges as they arise. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve exceptional outcomes that align with organizational goals.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Execution:
    Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules.
    Track and monitor project progress.
    Participate in client meetings and provide transparent and reliable progress updates both internally and externally.
  2. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    Engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and effective communication.
    Identify priorities, tasks, and responsibilities.
    Offer guidance, support, and constructive feedback to team members.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:
    Develop enduring relationships with clients through outstanding communication and service.
    Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
    Comprehend client goals and project requirements, acting as a trusted advisor to guarantee all project aspects meet client expectations.
  4. Risk Assessment:
    Identify potential project risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
    Oversee and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Quality Control:
    Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
    Implement and manage quality assurance processes.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:
    Compile and present regular project reports and updates.
    Maintain thorough project documentation.
Candidate Profile, Skills, and Experience:
  1. Confidence in attending both face-to-face and virtual meetings.
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with clarity and conciseness.
  3. Aptitude for building relationships and maintaining close interactions with key contacts at all levels.
  4. Accountability in managing assigned projects.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
  6. Organizational skills and effective record-keeping.
  7. Self-motivated planner and risk evaluator.
  8. Proficient problem solver and decision-maker, considering the implications of actions taken.
  9. Ability to take initiative, recognize when support is needed, and seek assistance promptly.
  10. Capacity to comprehend product specifications, drawings, and installation applications.
  11. Understanding of the roles of customers, clients, consultants, and contractors within our sectors.
  12. Effective performance under pressure.
  13. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  14. Experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
