The Project Manager is accountable for the comprehensive management and coordination of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within defined parameters while identifying both commercial opportunities and challenges as they emerge.     Participate in client meetings and provide accurate and reliable progress updates both internally and externally.
  2. Collaboration and Teamwork:

    Offer guidance, support, and constructive feedback to team members.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement:
    Foster enduring relationships with clients through exceptional communication and service.

  4. Risk Assessment:
    Identify potential project risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
    Oversee and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

    Guarantee that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
    Implement and supervise quality assurance processes.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:
    Prepare and present regular project updates and reports.
    Maintain thorough project documentation.
Candidate Profile, Skills, and Experience:
  1. Confidence in attending both in-person and virtual meetings.
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with clarity and conciseness.
  3. Aptitude for building relationships and maintaining close interactions with key stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Accountability in managing assigned projects.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
  6. Organizational skills and effective record-keeping.
  7. Self-motivated planner and risk evaluator.
  8. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, considering the implications of actions taken.
  9. Ability to use initiative, recognize when assistance is needed, and seek support promptly.
  10. Understanding of product specifications, drawings, and installation applications.
  11. Awareness of the roles of customers, clients, consultants, and contractors within the sectors.
  12. Effective performance under pressure.
  13. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  14. Experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
