OverviewThe Project Manager is accountable for the comprehensive management and coordination of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within defined parameters while identifying both commercial opportunities and challenges as they emerge. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve superior outcomes that align with organizational goals.
Core Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution:
Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Track and monitor project advancements.
Participate in client meetings and provide accurate and reliable progress updates both internally and externally. - Collaboration and Teamwork:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Identify priorities, tasks, and responsibilities.
Offer guidance, support, and constructive feedback to team members. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster enduring relationships with clients through exceptional communication and service.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Comprehend client goals and project requirements, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure all project aspects meet client expectations. - Risk Assessment:
Identify potential project risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
Oversee and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Quality Control:
Guarantee that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Implement and supervise quality assurance processes. - Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular project updates and reports.
Maintain thorough project documentation.
- Confidence in attending both in-person and virtual meetings.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with clarity and conciseness.
- Aptitude for building relationships and maintaining close interactions with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Accountability in managing assigned projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Organizational skills and effective record-keeping.
- Self-motivated planner and risk evaluator.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, considering the implications of actions taken.

- Understanding of product specifications, drawings, and installation applications.
- Awareness of the roles of customers, clients, consultants, and contractors within the sectors.
- Effective performance under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
