The Project Manager is accountable for the comprehensive oversight and coordination of projects from their initial stages to final delivery.     Create detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
    Track and monitor project advancement.
    Participate in client meetings and provide transparent and reliable progress updates.

    Identify priorities, tasks, and responsibilities.
    Offer guidance, support, and constructive feedback to team members.
  3. Management of Stakeholders:

  4. Risk Assessment:
    Identify potential risks associated with projects and devise mitigation strategies.
    Continuously monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Quality Control:
    Guarantee that projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
    Implement and supervise quality assurance processes.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:
    Prepare and deliver regular project reports and updates.
    Maintain thorough project documentation.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  1. Confidence in attending both face-to-face and virtual meetings.
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with clarity and conciseness.
  3. Aptitude for building relationships and maintaining close interactions with key contacts at all levels.
  4. Accountability in managing assigned projects.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
  6. Organizational skills and effective record-keeping.
  7. Self-motivated planner and risk evaluator.
  8. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, considering the implications of actions taken.
  9. Ability to use initiative, recognize when assistance is needed, and seek support promptly.
  10. Capacity to understand product specifications, drawings, and installation applications.
  11. Understanding of the roles of customers, clients, consultants, and contractors within the industry.
  12. Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  13. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  14. Experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
