The Site Manager’s role:

The successful Site Manager will oversee the entire construction process, ensuring that the luxury homes are built to the highest standards. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing the site team, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations. The Site Manager will also be responsible for maintaining quality control throughout the build process, ensuring that the final product meets the company's high standards.


The Site Manager must have:

  1. SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ Level 6, or equivalent qualifications.
  2. Proven experience in high-end house building is essential.
  3. Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  4. Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
