Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Trikon Painting Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of painters and decorators, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet project requirements.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols, conducting regular risk assessments, and providing training to team members.
- Materials and Equipment: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are available when needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and experience with project management software.
