About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor - Painter to join our team at Sultan Construction Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing painting projects and ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise painting projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train a team of painters, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all painting projects are conducted in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support painting projects.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to support our company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction or painting industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
