About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Sultan Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit production and other reports as required.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Indigenous and Diversity Support: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, and apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
