Position Overview

We are in search of a committed Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Chief Operating Officer and the Operations department. The key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the COO with everyday activities
  • Participating in operations meetings and documenting minutes
  • Composing and distributing official communications
  • Creating presentations
  • Reviewing and translating documents
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings
  • Coordinating the training team's schedule and logistics
  • Managing Professional Development Units (PDUs) and employee records
  • Organizing the COO's schedule and expense reports

Qualifications

Technical Competencies

  • Diploma in office automation or secretarial studies
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English

  • Excellent teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with EPIC software is advantageous

  • Flexible working hours with a requirement for office presence
  • Be part of our Office Administration & Clerical team with 2-5 years of relevant experience
