Casual Clerical Opportunities

School District No. 42 (SD42) is seeking a qualified candidate to fill casual clerical positions in our district. As a representative of the school, you will perform a variety of routine clerical duties under the direction of the school principal or site-based manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks related to the administration of a school, library, and/or office
  • Act as a liaison between the school and students, parents, teachers-on-call, and the general public
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and students
  • Operate office equipment, personal computers, and software packages
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, contractors, and visitors

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of Grade 12 with a focus on business practices and procedures or one year of training and experience in office and clerical routine
  • Proficiency with office equipment, personal computers, and software packages
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
