ServiceNow Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the development, configuration, and customization of our ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical direction to the team and business partners, ensuring the platform meets business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team and business partners
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including scripting, configuration, and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical training and support
Requirements
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, and Change
  • Strong scripting skills, including JavaScript and HTML/HTML5
  • Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and SAM Pro
  • Experience with IntegrationHub and OAuth
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  • Proficiency with unit testing and code review
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Additional Skills
  • Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge of the P&C insurance industry

Definity offers a competitive salary range of $77,700 - $157,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid work schedule, company share ownership program, pension and savings programs, and paid volunteer days.
