ServiceNow Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the development, configuration, and customization of our ServiceNow platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and expertise to ensure the successful implementation of our ServiceNow solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, and Change management
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow to meet business requirements, leveraging scripting, design, and technical configuration skills
  • Design and develop custom and scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and tools
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and support
Requirements
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, scripting, and technical configuration
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and design principles
  • Experience with integration with other systems and tools, including Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/HTML5
  • Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and SAM Pro
  • Experience with IntegrationHub and OAuth
Additional Skills
  • Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
