We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the development, configuration, and customization of our ServiceNow platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction to our team and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team and business partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and scripting
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration and customization
  • Experience with integration with other systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
